Kriti Bansal

Kriti Bansal is a devoted yoga instructor based in Kolkata with 8 years of personal practice and over a year of teaching experience. In 2023, she made the courageous decision to leave her corporate job to fully embrace her passion for yoga. This marked the beginning of a new chapter in her life, where she aims to bring the transformative power of yoga to as many people as possible. 
Kriti’s mission is to make yoga accessible and impactful through both online and offline classes, workshops, and short courses. Her teaching style is rooted in the traditional practices of Hatha and Ashtanga yoga, which she combines with life philosophy and spirituality to create a well-rounded and holistic experience for her students. This approach not only addresses physical well-being but also nurtures mental and emotional health, helping her students achieve a balanced and fulfilling life. 
Kriti’s journey in yoga has been deeply influenced by her studies at the Sivananda Ashram in Trivandrum, a renowned institution known for its rigorous and authentic training programs. The ashram's teachings have shaped her understanding of yoga, allowing her to impart wisdom that goes beyond the physical practice. Her students often describe her classes as a unique blend of challenging postures, mindful breathing techniques, and insightful discussions on life’s deeper meanings.
