She specializes in managing lifestyle diseases including women health issues,hormonal imbalance, Diabetes, gut health, weight loss etc. She has an added certification in Ayurvedic diet and nutrition . Her unique ability is combining both research based modern nutritional science and evidence based ayurvedic principles to help in the holistic well being of her clients.

A mother of two, Rresha has been in this profession since many years. Earlier she was working with a leading wellness company and now has launched her own wellness venture.
She advises on how food and habits can help preserve our health and reverse diseases.

She is a proud member of Career After Family Enterprise (CAFE)and has lead as a convenor in health and wellness expo. She has also been awarded the most promising Cafeite for year 2023-2024.
